Maria Guerra is the founder and CEO of Guerra Technologies. Under her guidance, Guerra Technologies has achieved an average growth of 40% per year since its beginning in 1994. Profitable since its inception, Guerra Technologies has weathered the fluctuations of the wireless communication market through her leadership.
Specializing in the unique difficulties inherent in reliable RF and other high frequency designs, her team’s experienced engineering has helped more than 30 companies by designing or redesigning over 170 ASICs and subassemblies.
Ms. Guerra holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University and is a past president and a current member of the SJSU Alumni Association Board of Directors. She is also President of the SJSU Engineering Alumni Association.
VP Engineering & Systems Development
Reed Parker is the co-founder of Guerra Technologies. Bringing more than twenty years of expertise in the design and development RF implementations, Reed has provided designs for many of the top RF companies in Silicon Valley including Lockheed Missile and Space Division, Trimble Navigation, ADC, and Diablo Research. His advanced work encompasses digital modem design, high frequency digital communication link analysis, spread spectrum systems, and antennae design and analysis, for both aerospace and commercial RF communication requirements.
Reed specializes in design of high yield ASICs and RF systems and subassemblies with an eye toward volume manufacturing.
Reed holds a MS in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in antenna design, and an BS in Electrical Engineering from Montana State University, as well as multiple patents.
